We have contacted three local hotels for accommodation and you are encouraged to do your own reservations via hotels' web page. Because August is a tourism season, earlier reservations would be better.
Meeting Venue and Accomodation Places
Shuttle will be available from hotels to meeting venue.
There will be shuttle from seaside hotel to meeting place and meeting place to the hotel at 08:15 and 18:15 respectively.
NOTE: When you reserve your hotel please mention meeting name as "Iaga5 meeting"
For onsite accommodation 40 rooms have been reserved in the university guesthouse. If you choose this option, please contact us as soon as possible. The approximate fee is $40 per day.
